On 1 December 2022, KPMG and ZICO Law entered into an agreement under which a number of law firms and teams from ZICO Law joined KPMG. Further to the same, Icon Law is now a best friend firm of KPMG.

On 1 December 2022, KPMG announced that a number of law firms and teams from the ZICO Law network have joined its network of firms. The deal saw more than 275 lawyers join over 2,900 legal professionals in the KPMG global organisation, creating a significant legal footprint across Asia Pacific.

As at the date hereof, Icon Law has not yet integrated into KPMG and is currently accorded the status of “best friend” as both sides work through Singapore's stringent regulatory requirements in respect of the legal profession and law practice entities.
