A track record across the region’s markets.
- Assisted in a series of Singapore acquisitions by a Hong Kong Exchange–listed group with an aggregate value of over S$35 million, involving 10 companies and more than 30 operating entities, with a focus on legal due diligence and drafting of transaction documents.
- Assisted a China-based industrial technology group in its S$20 million cross-border acquisition of a Singapore company and its subsidiaries.
- Assisted with legal due diligence for over 10 Singapore subsidiaries of Chinese listed and pre-IPO companies across the healthcare, technology, and renewable energy sectors.
