People who are commercial, rigorous and ready to own it.
We care less about pedigree and more about judgement. If you bring sharp legal thinking and a commercial instinct, we will give you the platform.
- Strong academic grounding and qualification (or candidature) as an Advocate & Solicitor, or relevant foreign qualification.
- A genuine interest in corporate, capital markets, M&A, banking or funds work.
- Commercial awareness — you think about outcomes, not just the memo.
- Precision, ownership and a collaborative, low-ego approach.
- Comfort with cross-border, multi-jurisdictional matters.
