CAP-Icon Corporate Services Pte Ltd (“CAP-Icon”) is an evolution from Icon Law’s corporate services business. Established as a joint venture with CAP Advisory Group Pte. Ltd. (“CAP Advisory”). CAP Advisory is a Singapore-based accounting and corporate advisory firm led by a team of professional accountants.
CAP-Icon was established to combine Icon Law’s legal and corporate governance expertise with CAP Advisory’s accounting and corporate advisory capabilities, with the aim to deliver integrated company secretarial and corporate compliance services to listed and non-listed entities in Singapore.
