Icon Law Director, Jeremiah Huang, to Co-Moderate Panel at Law Society of Singapore's Corporate Law Day

After a 3-year hiatus, the Corporate Practice Committee of The Law Society of Singapore will be bringing back its once-annual and always-anticipated “Corporate Law Day 2024.” Three insightful panels have been convened, of which one will be co-moderated by our Director, Jeremiah Huang.

Together with Song Ruoh Jin (Lee & Lee), Jeremiah will co-moderate the panel, "Buy-Backs, Redemptions, Capital Reduction: The Law, The Process and Tax Considerations", which will feature esteemed tax practitioner, Vishesh Dhuldhoya (KPMG) and tax lawyers, Han Junwei (Deloitte) and Ong Ken Loon (Drew & Napier).
