- Assisted in loan financing transactions, including a transaction to finance alumina contracts, secured using mortgages over two ships, involving companies flagged in different jurisdictions including Singapore, Panama and Seychelles.
- Amalgamation transactions, including assisting the BW Epic Kosan group in the amalgamation of 19 SPV companies based in offshore states into one Singapore company.
- Assisted in asset financing transactions, including for ships and aircrafts.
- Assisted in venture capital fundraising for start-ups.
