Yiting is involved in corporate and commercial matters, including capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. Her work also includes domestic and cross-border transactions in Singapore and China.
Career
Yiting commenced legal practice in 2024 after having obtained the China Certificate of the Legal Profession Qualification.
