Katherine is a Director of Icon Law, where she advises clients on a variety of non-contentious corporate matters, ranging from drafting definitive documentation for commercial and financing arrangements to corporate advisory for private and listed companies on their day-to-day business, acquisitions and investments across the globe.

Katherine commenced legal practice in 2018 after having trained at a top-ranked corporate Singapore joint law venture of an international law firm. Katherine read law at the University of Southampton, from which she graduated with honours.

- Initial public offerings of, amongst others, Goodwill Entertainment Holding Limited (Singapore Exchange, Catalist) and The O&G Specialists Group Limited (Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, Main Board).
- Takeovers and acquisitions of, amongst others: (i) Rockland Congruity LLC by Procurri Corporation Limited (Singapore Exchange, Main Board); (ii) Axington Inc. (Singapore Exchange, Catalist) by Dorr Global Healthcare International; (iii) Allied Technologies Limited (Singapore Exchange, Catalist) by SRS Auto Holdings Pte. Ltd.; and (iv) Second Chance Properties Ltd (Singapore Exchange, Main Board) by Final Chance Holdings Pte. Ltd.
- Post-IPO actions, including: (i) AcroMeta Group Limited’s (Singapore Exchange, Catalist) rights issue; (ii) ISO Team Ltd’s (Singapore Exchange, Catalist) rights issue; and (ii) Hyphens Pharma International Limited’s (Singapore Exchange, Catalist) adoption of its share buy-back mandate and its subsidiary’s employment share option plan.
