Brylchem Group Acquired by Global Chemicals Giant, IMCD

Global chemicals giant, IMCD N.V. (AMS:IMCD), has acquired Singapore-based Brylchem Group in a widely reported deal that will see the former gaining an established foothold in the Singaporean and Vietnamese markets. Indeed, in 2022, Brylchem Group generated approximately S$85 million in revenue.
